Hustle culture: inching closer or miles away?

Have you been keeping an eye on your productivity lately?

It's no wonder that hustle culture is a popular topic of discussion. But hustling isn't simply about pushing yourself to your limits. It's all about putting forth the effort.

We will discuss the pros and downsides of hustle culture, how to tell whether you're at risk of being devoured by it, and what you can do to avoid it.

The way we work, the tools we use, and the places we work have become increasingly mobile and flexible. So has our definition of success. We’ve now moved past the “9-5” mentality to embrace a lifestyle where being busy is considered a badge of honor. When it comes to today’s entrepreneurial landscape, hustle means something more than just working hard.

Hustle in its purest form is a form of excellence.

The key to value creation is to keep your eyes open and learn from the best of what's out there. Things such as hustle, innovation, mindfulness, and other qualities are really just expressions of the collective brilliance available to us all. Whether you're learning from your own hustle or embracing the hustle of others, you can never have too much hustle.

Hustle and hustle culture, though often discussed in the same breath, are not the same thing.

Misdirection is the most dangerous game of all.

A hustler could be working for a legitimate company on a valid project that is miles away from their "hustle zone" at any given time, making it difficult to determine which prospective line of employment best matches them.

Hustling is an art form that teaches us how to thrive.

And yes, there is a right way to hustle.

The key to working hard is getting enough rest. We can never work as hard if we don't look after ourselves.

Hustle well, rest well.
